Shipping & Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

** ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY US BEFORE BEING SENT.

Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

We don't accept returns if you decided that you just don't want the item, but if you ordered the wrong size contact us with your order number and a note requesting what size you need and we'll get that out to you. (You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any further questions before ordering.)

 We do not provide prepaid returns shipping labels and return shipping for exchanges is at the customers expense.

We do not except returns on orders that:

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • All swimwear/bikinis are nonreturnable 
  • All face masks are nonreturnable

REFUNDS

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at etrenspire@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

SHIPPING

Our fulfillment time is 2-7 business days after your order, but on average we send out your order within 3 business days of ordering. 

If you order multiple items they may ship in multiple packages.

Canada 5-10 business days

World 10-20 business days

International shipments may incur customs fees. Every country has a different customs policy, the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at etrenspire@gmail.com making sure you provide your order number. We'll see what can be done.
